PCGCampbell is seeking a full time innovative, self-motivated and seasoned Senior Interactive Designer/Programmer to partner with our Senior Vice President of Interactive. This key position in our Interactive Department requires a talented individual who is passionate about interactive experiences. You will help develop and deliver amazing and distinctive customer focused creative solutions. In our collaborative team environment you will interface with information architects, writers, production artists, programmers, account staff and network administrators to create a variety of digital applications for our diverse client roster. You will have the opportunity to use your unique blend of design and programming skills to create full and engaging user experiences from concept to completion. You should possess strong visual design skills and a strong understanding of design and web standards. You must have a passion for creating quality, engaging and interactive user experiences in a fast paced, deadline driven work environment.

Skills and Personal Attributes
- 5+ years experience in designing, building and maintaining dynamic, consumer-oriented websites
- Thorough knowledge of content management system principals with ability to build and edit templates within a CMS environment; Drupal preferred; familiarity with LAMP platform and versioning systems (Subversion preferred) a plus.
- Solid technical skills with demonstrated proficiency in Drupal, PHP, Javascript, XML, DOM, XSLT, actionscripting, Dreamweaver, Photoshop; jQuery and gaming skills a plus
- Develop and optimize visual designs from concept to production; demonstrated ability to visually express client needs and desires into web and mobile design and multimedia solutions that exceed expectations
- Keen understanding of business strategies and concepts
- Strong multimedia design skills are essential; portfolio review required; strong CSS competency, XHTML templating and tableless design; strong Adobe and Macromedia Suite skills.
- Able to understand production and delivery schedules and effectively communicate and coordinate deliverables with the Interactive team
- Excellent client service orientation; able to effectively establish strong internal and external relationships built on mutual trust and understanding; able to work effectively across all departments to achieve deliverables with a spirit of cooperation and collaboration.
